Samurai TV follow the Golden Lovers and their Third Wheel Nakazawa around for a day. A blogger from the station meets them at Midbreath Gym. Here is what they write about the day:

“DDT’s Kenny Omega’s Tokyo holiday was closely reported. I was training at Mid Breath when Michael Nakazawa and Kota Ibushi, my interpreter, came over.
[Omega] hugs Ibushi, but not Michael. And when I went outside… unfortunately, it was raining outside…“

“I’m jealous of the Golden Lovers’ umbrella!
Michael, you look cold!

They visit a restaurant.

“In front of them are all kinds of delicious-looking food, such as chicken sashimi, sashimi platter, and liver sashimi! Kenny is being interviewed by Ibushi, who is just eating and eating! And even though the conversation wasn’t over, he was still ordering his food (lol). That’s what I like about him. At the end of the interview, the two of them are sharing an ice cream together. Oh, my God, no one can get in there. They’re so much closer than most couples. And Michael looked aghast.”

Ibushi visits Midbreath gym once again on the 8th, where he works out and meets with DDT Ref Matsui and General Advisor Yoshinori Yamamoto.

February 11th is DDT’s Into the Fight show. The Golden Lovers face HARASHIMA and Kengo Mashimo.

After the GL win their match, Ibushi reads his promo from a slip of paper and states, “I would like to challenge [for] the IWGP junior tag together in April when Kenny comes back.” He opts not to end the show with his usual backflip, citing a sore leg.

Kenny hosts a bar night one of the last days he is in Japan.

Here is a translation from a blogger who was on scene:

“The conversation was about Kenny’s sports history (he used to play street basketball), the curry he had that day, WWE, and so on. Kenny was very typical in interjecting some crude jokes such as ‘even in bed with a woman,’ and ‘I like it spicy enough not to give me diarrhea,’ but he said, ‘I’m just warming up.’…Then [when asked], ‘Isn’t the reason you keep coming back to Mitsuboshi Curry is for the female waitstaff?’ Kenny responds, ‘Is it obvious?’ Kenny said, ‘Maybe it’s obvious? But I’m really after the male waitstaff. The best one is Mr. Inokuma!”

He was asked whether he was after female wrestler Cherry also, to which he replied “Oh! No.”

“In between such banter, Kenny created his special cocktail, the Canadian Crepe. The base is Kahlua, low-fat milk, whipped cream, and a special authentic maple syrup.“

“Kenny asked the guests what they wanted to hear while the crowd was still not that large. Kenny: ‘I wasn’t able to prepare today, but I have a plan I’m considering for the next Kenny Omega night. Would you like to see some footage of the smaller indie promotion groups I was in when I was wrestling in Canada? Not only footage of my own matches, but also footage of Mike Angeles, who was also a member of the group. …No, I thought I should show you something. Not outdoors, of course, but in the ring.’
Kenny asked, ‘With Kenny’s play-by-play commentary?’ Kenny replied, ‘I’d like it to be entertaining…like STYLE-E, but I’m sure it would be fun.’ Naturally, the audience response was positive, so I’m sure they will show such a video next time. But Kenny knows what STYLE-E is all about, too.”

Someone turns on a match from 2005 with wrestlers from DDT, to which Kenny starts to do commentary.

“After watching some of it, Kenny said, ‘I don’t mean to be rude to them, but… it’s so boring. No, I think that was probably the consensus of everyone there. When Kenny fast-forwarded through the video, it seemed to be instantly more interesting. Everyone was very excited about this. Cherry said, ‘Fast-forward is just right!‘ Kenny is also making his own original cocktails in between.”

“Kenny said, ‘I know Valentine’s Day is different in Canada and Japan, but what do you do in Japan?’ From here, various Valentine’s Day discussions started. Kenny listens to it seriously. By the way, to the answer, ‘Some people wear ribbons and do ‘eat me’…Kenny said, ‘Where is such a girl?…well, Ibushi is already doing that.’ At this point, at Kenny’s request, we decided to play the special ‘Kenny’s Holiday’ that had recently aired on S-ARENA. The content was mainly about Kenny and Ibushi spending time together in the gym, arcade, and Ebisco, while Michael, his chaperone, was mistreated. The interviews are half serious and half not so serious. The interview is half serious and half not so serious, and the video includes a lot of things that would please the sexually active, such as Keni Fushimi’s embrace, a mutual umbrella, Purikura, and feeding each other food. Kenny says ‘Thank you for watching the video. I talked about the future in this interview, but what I really want to talk about is yesterday’s tag match (Ibushi & Kenny vs. Harashima & Masashimo at Korakuen). I believed I was going to win. The next thing on my list is “revenge”. Of course I will challenge IWGPJr Tag Team, and as DDT fans know, we will show the world that we are the best tag team. Until then, please support us.”

Kenny then wants everyone to play a game. “Here, everyone was given a chocolate bar and a chocolate pen.
Kenny said, ‘I want you to make your best decoration. However, the judges will be myself and Nakazawa, so please think about that. It doesn’t have to be related to Valentine’s Day. Anything is fine….Kenny said, ‘First, let’s think about who is the judge. Of course, if you please us, you get high points. Specifically…sexual jokes and the like (laughs). Flattery is welcome, but originality and good design are better. I want you to be unafraid to express whatever comes to mind.”

Kenny has a hard time deciding the winner between three women.

Before leaving for Canada, Kenny stops by the DDT office to say goodbye, and tell people they’ll be seeing him again in April.

Ibushi had a show to do and couldn’t go with Kenny to the airport, so Kenny and Nakazawa stopped by Ibushi’s house and the Lovers were able to have their farewell.

Once back in Winnipeg, Kenny does a show for PCW, then swings over to California for PWG’s As the Worm Turns show on the 27th, where he faces Davey Richards. Ibushi had wrestled Richards only a month prior for the first EVOLVE show during his visit to NYC, and now Kenny was getting his chance with Richards, with the PWG world title on the line.

Omega enters the ring with horns, and I know there are fans that know the backstory on this, though I do not.
